28 Week-Old Fetus with Upper Airway for Fetal Endoscopic Tracheal Occlusion (FETO). 

 

This highly realistic silicone fetus has been manufactured to contain a highly detailed upper airway system that includes: tongue, raphe line, alveolar ridges, uvula, tonsillar pillars, epiglottis, vocal cords, trachea, carina, and esophagus. It also includes a port for the induction of fluid into the primary bronchial tubes and the esophagus. This model has been developed for surgical training associated with Fetal Endoscopic Tracheal Occlusion procedures.
